ASHEVILLE, N.C. – United Federal Credit Union has appointed Matt Brookshire as branch manager of its Asheville, North Carolina branch at 1441 Patton Ave.
As branch manager, Brookshire will be responsible for selling products and services, member satisfaction through the branch delivery channel, and will manage a branch with over $50 million in assets.
He will also be tasked with providing leadership and supervision to staff, including Tellers, MSAs and ABMs, training, evaluating performance, maintaining daily operations, staff scheduling, and more.
Brookshire has 17 years of financial services experience. Prior to his new role, he served as a Premier Banker and Branch Manager with Wells Fargo/Wachovia.
