South Bend, Indiana – United Federal Credit Union (United) has named Kim Greene to the position of Mortgage Advisor at its Ireland Road branch in South Bend, Indiana.
Greene will use her expertise to provide quality real estate lending expertise through financial counseling and product awareness to credit union members regarding their real estate financing needs and generate investment quality mortgage loans.
Greene brings more than nine years of credit union management experience to the role, and has served in positions ranging from Float Branch Manager to Area Director of Retail Sales, and Call Center Service Manager. Most recently, she served as Lead Business Analyst at Bayer Healthcare in Mishawaka, where implemented all aspects of the continuous improvement principles by leading areas such as training, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana Tech, and also is certified as a continuous improvement lean champion.
In the community, Greene will support United’s efforts in providing time and resources to the LOGAN Center, the Ronald McDonald House, the Boys and Girls Club of St. Joseph County, and many other local non-profit organizations.
