United Federal Credit Union Names Kathleen Wolf Director of Marketing and Communications

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – United Federal Credit Union (United) is pleased to announce Kathleen Wolf as Director of Marketing and Communications, operating out of its corporate headquarters located in St. Joseph, Michigan.

In her new role, Wolf is responsible for leading the organization in marketing, communications, branding, social media, digital marketing, community events, donations and sponsorships. She’ll refine the marketing strategies and roadmaps for United, while overseeing all campaigns including promotions and line of business support. With her brand expertise, Wolf is also responsible for the United brand—ensuring all campaigns deliver an on-target visual and verbal experience.

She overees the Marketing team, manages the Marketing budget including donations and events, and reports to the Chief Innovation and Marketing Officer.

Prior to her new role, Wolf founded and led The Purpose Partners, LLC where she developed The Experience Ecosystem™. She also spent over a dozen years in marketing at Whirlpool Corporation, culminating in her role as Senior Manager, Global Corporate Reputation & Interactive Communications from which she took a lead role in building the global corporate and employer brand.

Wolf has a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in marketing and management from Cardinal Stritch University, a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University in Chicago, and holds various certifications.

Her local volunteer and community work includes being a current board member of the Lakeshore Excellence Foundation, as well as a previous board member for 100 Women Strong and Cornerstone Alliance.
