ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – United Federal Credit Union (United) is pleased to introduce Erica Young as Director of Mortgage Sales in Indiana. She brings more than 18 years of banking and leadership experience to the team, in roles ranging from branch manager to vice president.
In her new role with United, Young will be responsible for managing mortgage sales through collaboration with both internal and external partners to establish a market-led, comprehensive multi-year strategy for the credit union.
She will also be tasked with the development and success of the mortgage advisors, market development, and creating CUSOs as opportunities are identified.
Prior to joining United, Young served as Director of Sales at Beacon Health System. She has additionally been employed in leadership roles with Notre Dame Federal Credit Union, and Wells Fargo Bank.
Young attended Indiana University, where she achieved a bachelor’s degree, and has also earned a masters degree in strategic management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
