United Federal Credit Union Celebrates Opening New Har-Ber Meadows Branch with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

SPRINGDALE, Ark. – United Federal Credit Union (United) celebrated its continued expansion into northwest Arkansas with the opening of its Har-Ber Meadows branch in Springdale on August 27 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The branch, located at 6706 West Sunset Avenue, is the second free-standing United branch to open in northwest Arkansas this year.
“If you look around Springdale, it’s easy to be inspired by the growth happening in this community,” said Stephanie Riffle, United’s Market Vice President—Arkansas. “United is proud to be part of that momentum, and we’re committed to growing and investing in northwest Arkansas and making a positive impact on the people who live here. Our team at the Har-Ber Meadows branch is built on respect for our Members and a trust in one another; we can’t wait to make a real difference in this vibrant community.”
Kyle Hathaway will lead the Har-Ber Meadows location as branch manager. Hathaway will use his 12 years of financial services experience to promote corporate member engagement and positive public relations. He will also be tasked with maintaining the performance of the branch, providing solutions to members, and leadership and supervision to staff.
“We have already built some wonderful relationships with Members in Springdale, and now we are happy to extend our excellent products and services to even more people,” said Kyle Hathaway, United’s Har-Ber Meadows Branch Manager. “Not only will this branch team help Members reach their financial goals and make smart decisions with their money, we will also be strong advocates for the community so that the excitement and expansion in the area continues for decades to come.”
United opened the doors to its new 3,500 square foot branch on August 2 and is currently serving members. Renovations to the branch building started in April and was managed by The Redmond Company. The Har-Ber Meadows branch is a full-service extension of United, offering personal and business banking services including loans, mortgages, and investment planning.

In July, United opened its first free-standing branch in the northwest Arkansas region with its Promenade branch, located at 2000 South Promenade Boulevard, Suite 103 in Rogers.
