Remote Banking Options

alternatives to in-person banking

Member and employee health and safety is of the utmost importance to United Federal Credit Union. Each day, we monitor and stay up-to-date on the latest recommendations provided by federal, state, and local health officials regarding the spread of the Coronavirus, or COVID-19.

We understand that some Members might prefer to avoid public places during this time. For your convenience, United provides alternatives that allow you to bank with us remotely or with limited contact.

  • Online, Mobile, or Voice Banking
  • Call our Member Service Center or Chat Online
  • Drive-Thru Lanes and ATMs

Online and Mobile Banking is an easy, secure way to check your balance, pay loans, transfer funds, and even deposit checks via Mobile Check Deposit.

If you have specific account assistance or questions, please contact our Member Service Center at (888) 982-1400. You may also take advantage of our Drive Thru lanes during business hours or use our 24/7 ATMs at your convenience.

We encourage all Members and employees to follow preventative actions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to help prevent the spread of illnesses like COVID-19:

  • Stay home when you are sick
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue immediately in the trash
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using regular household cleaning spray or wipes
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing

United would like to thank all healthcare professionals across the country for their guidance, responsiveness, and service to our communities during this time. We will continue to follow CDC and state health departments’ recommendations, and will keep you updated on potential service impacts.

Thank you for doing your part to help us maintain a safe environment for all of our Members.
