RENO, Nev. – United Federal Credit Union (United) is proud to announce it has been designated a Best Place for Working Parents® in Nevada by The Children's Cabinet. The initiative recognizes employers that demonstrate a strong commitment to family-friendly workplace practices that support working parents and strengthen organizational culture.
United’s Nevada team accepts the Best Place for Working Parents® award from Bret Scoggin of The Children’s Cabinet.
Nevada has been part of the national Best Place for Working Parents program since 2022, with The Children’s Cabinet serving as the exclusive statewide partner. The designation is awarded to businesses whose workplace policies meet research-backed standards designed to support working families, including benefits and practices that contribute to employee recruitment, retention, engagement, and overall well-being. Since 2022, the designation has been earned by 239 Nevada businesses.
