gain a better understanding of your financial life

with a complimentary financial wellness review

We understand that talking about money isn’t always easy. That’s why, much like your annual check-up, a financial wellness review (FWR) helps you see where you stand today, identify potential challenges, and build a clear, actionable plan to achieve your financial goals and prepare for major life events.

What is a financial wellness review?

At a high level, a FWR is a comprehensive financial review that assesses an individual’s current finances, product mix, credit health, and short-term and long-term financial goals. FWRs, which can be completed in-person or over the phone, typically take anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes and will cover topics such as:

  • Savings & Emergency Funds
  • Credit & Debt Management
  • Retirement Planning
  • Overall Credit Health & Goals

Every financial wellness review takes place in a private, judgment‑free setting with a Member Service Advisor ready to come alongside you as an ongoing support. You'll leave with next steps to progress toward your goals and confidence that we're here to reconnect whenever you need us.

We see member FWR success stories every day, from lowered interest rates and loan payments to credit improvement and confidence when approaching life's big milestones.
