making an impact

United with our community

At United, we are passionate about creating strong communities and supporting programs related to making a difference in the neighborhoods we call home. That’s why you’ll find Team United out and about lending our time, talent, and resources to make a real impact on the lives of others.

As a team, we contribute to charities and non-profit organizations in Arkansas, Indiana, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, and Pennsylvania with dollars and with volunteer hours. We roll up our sleeves annually and give over 1,200 hours of time during the workday to bring our mission, vision and values to life.

paying it forward

Team United also chooses to Pay it Forward annually. Just before the holidays, each of our locations and departments team up to identify individuals, families, and organizations that could use a hand up. Then, often quietly, we positively impact those Members who need it most. Being there for Members when there is love, loss, health issues, and hard times is part of the credit union difference, after all.

As much as Members hope and plan for a sound financial future, sometimes the unexpected happens—and that’s where you’ll find Team United stepping in to help out. The Credit Union is committed to providing financial assistance and other forms of help in response to unforeseen and sudden challenges such as natural disasters and humanitarian crises.

follow us

At United, we are committed to our communities and to the Members who live in them. We don’t have shareholders because Members are the owners, and well, we just see things a little differently than most financial institutions. We’re your neighbors, your friends, and we get U.
