Karen Plemmons is a mortgage advisor in Asheville, North Carolina. In her role, Karen helps generate product awareness to credit union members regarding their real estate financing needs and generate investment quality mortgage loans. She uses her knowledge in the industry to provide a quality real estate lending experience through personal financial counseling. 

Karen has more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience as a Loan Officer and a Home Mortgage Consultant. Karen studied business at Asheville–Buncombe Technical Community College. 

She is the founder of AGL Missions serving the Asheville area and the Appalachian Coal regions. Karen and her husband Phillip own a small aircraft and use it to transport individuals who are in need of medical care.
