James “Drew” Waack began his career in the mortgage industry in 2016 as a Mortgage Advisor at United’s Jenny Lind branch in Fort Smith. He uses his sales and service expertise to provide financial counseling and product awareness to assist with home financing needs.
Prior to joining United, Waack served as a sales consultant/BDC team leader at Harry Robinson Buick GMC, crew manager and subcontractor with Williams Energy Efficiency, Manager at Webby D’s, and EMS program director/paramedic at the University of Arkansas of Fort Smith. He also served in the U.S. Navy.
