In her role as mortgage advisor, Donna will generate product awareness to credit union members regarding their real estate financing needs and generate investment quality mortgage loans. She will use her knowledge in the industry to provide quality real estate lending experience through personal financial counseling.
Donna brings more than 27 years of combined customer service and mortgage lending experience to her new role. As an Arkansas native, she knows the northwest Arkansas market well. She spent the last nine years working for a bank in the Springdale area, and most recently served as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
