Commercial Loan Officer

As the Commercial Loan Officer, Justin is responsible for providing quality business lending expertise through financial counseling and product awareness to United Members regarding their business financing needs and generates investment quality business loans by taking loan applications in support of loan growth objectives.
Justin has been with United Federal Credit Union since 2016 and has built his career through a variety of member-facing and business banking roles. Prior to becoming a Commercial Loan Officer in 2021, he served as a Member Service Advisor, providing personal and small business banking solutions while developing strong relationships with Members throughout Northern Nevada. Before joining United, Justin worked in the professional sports industry, holding sales and account management positions, most recently with the Reno Bighorns of the NBA G League, where he specialized in corporate ticket sales, sponsorship development, and business relationship management.
Throughout his tenure with United, Justin has consistently earned the trust of Members by delivering exceptional service, sound financial guidance, and tailored lending solutions. He brings extensive experience working with both consumer and business clients and has developed expertise in commercial lending, relationship management, and helping businesses secure financing to achieve their growth objectives.
A native Nevadan, Justin earned an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Truckee Meadows Community College and continued his studies toward a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Nevada. In 2024, he earned the Certified Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA®) designation, further strengthening his expertise in business lending, credit analysis, and financial statement evaluation. Justin is also an advocate for United's community impact efforts, supporting local organizations such as Community Health Alliance, the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows, and other local nonprofit groups.
