Karolina Ciesielska joined United Federal Credit Union in November 2024 and played a key role in launching our Fernley branch, serving as Branch Manager for the newly opened location. In May 2026, she was promoted to Senior Relationship Development Manager, where she now supports business growth and builds strong community connections across the Reno area.

With nearly 20 years of experience in financial services and credit union leadership, Karolina brings a strong background in member service, branch management, and relationship building. 

Karolina is an active board director for the Fernley Chamber of Commerce and Fernley Community Foundation. She is passionate about supporting local businesses, consumers, and community partners and looks forward to continuing to help Members achieve their financial goals while strengthening United’s presence throughout the greater Reno area.
