Jill joined United Federal Credit Union in 2022 as a Branch Manager in Fort Smith, Arkansas, bringing with her extensive experience in financial services, business development, and community engagement. In 2025, she was promoted to Senior Market Development Manager, where she leads efforts to grow membership, strengthen corporate partnerships, and expand United’s presence across the region.

She lives the credit union philosophy of ‘people helping people’ through her passion for relationship building and active involvement in the community. Golding currently serves on the boards of Girls Inc., River Valley Community Outreach, and Community Rescue Mission, and is a Fort Smith Chamber Ambassador. She holds an Associate of Science degree from Dutchess Community College and a certificate from the New England School of Banking.
