Amy Marshall joined United Federal Credit Union in 2014. She started her career with the credit union as a Member Service Advisor before she was promoted to Branch Manager in 2021.

With more than 25 years of experience in financial services and credit union leadership, Amy brings strong skills to her role for maintaining the performance of the branch, overseeing assets, and providing leadership and supervision to her team.

Amy is an active and engaged member of Marion County and surrounding communities, contributing her time and talents to a wide range of organizations and initiatives. Her community involvement includes being a Bookmarks volunteer at the Marion Public Library, Marion BNI member, Marion Crawford Prevention Programs Board of Directors, Marion County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Harding High School Business Marketing Advisory Council member, Marion Mentor & A community Partner with the Boys & Girls Club of Marion County.   She also actively volunteers at numerous community events throughout Marion.
