  • Interest Information

Yes! From within each of your account types there are options that you can search specifically by:

  • Dollar Amount
  • Transaction Date
  • Check Number (if applicable)

A “Most Recent Transaction” is a transaction that has posted since the last business day.

  • Select the Transfer From Account – a list of accounts with withdrawal rights will be listed
  • Select the Transfer To Account – a list of accounts with deposit rights will be listed
  • Enter the amount you wish to transfer in dollars and cents followed by the # key
  • Confirm the transaction by pressing “1,” otherwise press “2”

A “Quick Link” refers to our Member to Member transfer feature. In order to transfer between Member numbers you would need to contact our Member Service Center toll-free at (888) 982-1400. A Member Service Advisor can assist you in setting up your “Quick Link” accounts.

In Voice Banking there is not a way for you to retrieve your own “Security Code.” In order to reset your “Security Code” you will need to contact our Member Service Center toll-free at (888) 982-1400. One of our Member Service Advisors will be glad to assist you.

The “Security Code” in Voice Banking is your password. Voice Banking does not directly refer to passwords; it refers to “Security Codes.”
