United Promotes Jacob Alexander to Senior Relationship Development Manager in Indiana

MISHAWAKA, Ind. – United Federal Credit Union (United) has promoted Jacob Alexander to Senior Relationship Development Manager in Indiana. Alexander is based at United’s Edison Lakes Branch at 4840 N. Main Street in Mishawaka.

“I am excited to continue to serve the Indiana region that has served me in my personal and professional life,” said Alexander. “At United, we understand the importance of relationships not just with our Members, but with our whole community. I am looking forward to sharing all that United has to offer and working with the community and the organizations we support.”

As Senior Relationship Development Manager, Alexander will be responsible for results-driven business development while promoting corporate member engagement, business and consumer membership and loan growth, and positive public relations. As part of this objective, Alexander will identify and recruit new members in existing markets as well as develop and maintain existing corporate memberships.

Alexander has been with United since 2019. He began his career with the credit union serving as a Member Service Advisor. In 2022, he was promoted to Branch Manager and has led the teams at United’s Bremen Highway branch and Edison Lakes branch.

Alexander lives the credit union philosophy of ‘people helping people’ not only through member service, but also community involvement. He volunteers with Ronald McDonald House, Junior Achievement, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
