United Promotes Two to Branch Manager Positions in Arkansas

FORT SMITH, Ark.  – United Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce Savanah Conaway and Yolanda Simpkins have been promoted to Branch Manager positions in Arkansas. As Branch Managers, Conaway and Simpkins will be responsible for maintaining the performance of their branches and providing leadership and supervision to their staff.

"Savanah and Yolanda have been with United for many years and we are proud to have them taking over the leadership of two of our branches in Arkansas,” said Stephanie Riffle, United’s Regional Vice President. “Their knowledge of our products and services, along with the relationships they’ve developed in the last several years with our Members and the community, make them both perfect fits to lead these locations.”

Conaway will lead the team at United’s branch at 124 Fayetteville Rd in Van Buren. She brings more than 13 years of customer service and financial experience to her new role. Conaway has been with United since 2017. She started as a Teller before being promoted to Member Service Advisor in 2019.

Simpkins is taking over as Branch Manager at United’s location at 8900 Jenny Lind Rd in Fort Smith. She has been with United since 2010 as an Assistant Branch Manager/Loan Officer. Simpkins has 30 years of financial experience she brings to her new role.
