For smaller issues, such as broken links or images, you may see the item fixed within the same day of contacting United. For larger issues, such as accessibility or functionality issues, it will likely take a month or longer to see updates on the issue. It may be possible that the issue you are experiencing is not able to be fixed at this time due to arbitrary circumstances.
