With over two decades of banking and financial industry experience, Payne joined United as a Senior Relationship Development Manager in 2019. He also previously served United as an Indirect Member Service Advisor from 2013 - 2015. Since re-joining Team United, he has continued to promote member engagement, business and consumer membership and loan growth, and positive public relations across the greater Berrien Springs, Buchanan, and Niles areas.
Payne lives the credit union philosophy of ‘people helping people’ not only through member service, but also community involvement. He has served as a long-time ambassador of the Greater Niles Chamber of Commerce.
