With over a decade of experience in the financial industry in northwest Nevada, Ward started her career with United by managing the Sparks branch. In 2022, she was promoted to Senior Relationship Development Manager, where she continues to offer tailored financial solutions to both consumers and businesses in the greater Fernley, Reno, and Sparks areas. 

Ward embodies the credit union's philosophy of 'people helping people' through her dedication to member service and active community involvement. She has been a coach for Girls on the Run for six years and has served on its board for five years, including serving as the Board Chair in 2025. Additionally, she participates in Chamber Leadership and was recognized as a 2021 Young Professionals Network 20 under 40 finalist. Ward is a graduate of the Reno-Sparks Chamber Leadership Program.
