we stand United

In Northwest Arkansas, we are here for U. We are Members, just like you, and we know the way you use your money is as unique as you are.

Become a Member

local. loyal. lifelong.

At United Federal Credit Union, membership is all about relationships—and we’ve been proud to serve Arkansas since 1980, beginning in Fort Smith. We expanded in northern Arkansas in 2015 when we opened branches in Alma, Springdale, and Rogers.

We promise to be a true partner for you and your family, and for your friends and neighbors. As a credit union, we believe in ‘people helping people’ and share the same values as our Members—hard work, service to others, and having the integrity to do what’s right.

As we offer more products and services (in-branch and online) than ever before, we hold true to our values and our dedication to advancing the financial services experience by creating lifelong relationships with our Members. We know what's happening locally and take our commitment to our Members and our communities to heart.

what it means to be a United Member

As a Member, you’re actually an owner of the credit union! That’s right—we’re a non-profit cooperative and that means we return earnings back to the membership in the form of higher rates on deposits, lower loan rates, and enhanced services.

At United, we always give our Members the real advice they need to make the financial decisions that are best for them. Talk to us in person or digitally, where you can receive real-time feedback with our online chat.
