SOUTH BEND, Ind. – United Federal Credit Union (United) is pleased to announce Lisa Hansen has been promoted to Branch Manager in Indiana. Hansen is now leading the team at the 223 W. Ireland Rd. location in South Bend.

As Branch Manager, Hansen will be responsible for maintaining the performance of their branches and providing leadership and supervision to her staff.
Hansen brings more than eight years of financial and customer service experience to her new role. She began with United in 2017 as a teller, before moving into the role of Branch Manager in Michigan in 2022. She briefly left the credit union and was a Financial Counselor with Graves-Gilbert Clinic in Kentucky. Hansen returned to United in 2024 as a Member Service Advisor before she was promoted to Branch Manager in February 2025.
