RENO, Nev. – United Federal Credit Union (United) has appointed Corrina Ciceu to the position of Manager at its new Member Sales and Service Center in Nevada.
Ciceu will use her expertise to provide quality leadership, coaching, and ongoing support and supervision of the Member Sales and Service Center staff. Ciceu will also be responsible for superior levels of member service, sales goal achievement, and department efficiency.
United began operating the Nevada-based Member Sales and Service Center in the fourth quarter of 2019, and is currently hiring employees for open positions. The new Member Sales and Service Center is available to help Members with account questions, as well as assist with many services offered at a branch such as opening accounts, funds transfers, and other personal and commercial account services.
As Manager, Ciceu brings 10 years of outstanding financial services experience. She has been part of Team United since 2017 and has worked with members to match them with solutions. Circeu is well-versed in assisting members with account and loan servicing and new product openings. She has also been successful in building relationships with local businesses and dealerships to bring business into the branch.
Prior to 2017, Ciceu has held various roles at Wells Fargo Bank in Reno, Nevada, advancing her career there since 2010.
