United Continues to Grow Mortgage Advisor Team and Locations in Greater Grand Rapids

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – United Federal Credit Union (United) is growing its mortgage operation in the greater Grand Rapids area. The credit union plans to open a new Mortgage Production Office in September 2022 at 1600 East Beltline Ave., Suite 111 in Grand Rapids. It has also added five new mortgage advisors to the current mortgage team working in the area.
United opened two other Mortgage Production Offices in the area earlier this year. One office is located at 3800 Lake Michigan Dr. NW in Grand Rapids, and the other is at 5651 Byron Center Ave. SW in Wyoming.

United’s mortgage team in the Grand Rapids area will help members find the best option to finance their homes as well as assist with virtual account access through United’s online and mobile banking services.
Jonathon Izenbart, Mortgage Production Manager
Izenbart will lead the Grand Rapids mortgage team. He brings more than 14 years of mortgage and financial experience to his role as Mortgage Production Manager. He has a passion for providing quality real estate lending advice through financial counseling and product awareness to credit union members.
Izenbart will work closely with Jorge Torres, Mortgage Lending Assistant. Torres is fluent in Spanish and is ready to assist Members.
Izenbart has a bachelor’s degree in business from Cornerstone University.
Anthony Gardner, Mortgage Advisor
Gardner has more than 12 years of lending and financial experience in the greater Grand Rapids area. He will use his expertise to guide members through the home buying process and assist them with their real estate financing needs to generate investment quality mortgage loans.
Eric Hofmann, Mortgage Advisor
Hofmann has spent his entire career helping people in West Michigan find their next home. He brings more than nine years of real estate and lending experience to his new role. Hofmann has a passion for providing quality real estate lending advice. He will work with credit union members to offer financial counseling and product awareness.
Brent Dean, Mortgage Advisor
Dean has more than 20 years of real estate financing experience in the Grand Rapids area. He is familiar with the opportunities and challenges of the local housing market. He will use his extensive local industry knowledge to help people find the right mortgage option for their new home, and give step-by-step guidance throughout the entire process.
Erik Ledezma, Mortgage Advisor
Ledezma brings more than seven years of financial and real estate experience to his new role. He will use his expertise to guide members through the home buying process. With his background as a real estate agent and a mortgage lender, Ledezma is ready to assist credit union members with their real estate financing needs to generate investment quality mortgage loans.
