Jenna Mitchell
Mortgage Advisor, Greater Grand Rapids Area

Grand Rapids, Michigan – United Federal Credit Union (United) has appointed Jenna Mitchell to the position of Mortgage Advisor serving the greater Grand Rapids area.

Mitchell will use her expertise to provide quality real estate lending expertise through financial counseling and product awareness to credit union members regarding their real estate financing needs and generate investment quality mortgage loans. She will also help members with virtual account access, including Online and Mobile Banking options, to find the best lending options.

“I am very excited to continue growing my career with United. I’ve worked in the mortgage industry since 2012 and am ready to use my expertise to help our members in west Michigan,” said Mitchell. “Each person’s situation is unique, and I work hard to find the right loan product to meet their needs. I pride myself on being readily available to our members, and exceeding their service expectations while helping them achieve their home goals.”

Mitchell brings more than 14 years of mortgage lending and processing, and banking experience in west Michigan to her new role. Prior to joining Team United, she worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator for Lake Michigan Credit Union.
