[1] Rates include a 0.10% APY increase when the owner of this account who will receive the tax statement (the “Tax Reported Owner”) is the Tax Reported Owner of an Ultra Checking account with an average monthly balance of at least $1.00. Rates may change after the account is opened. If requirements are not met, rates are 5.00% APY for 9 months, 4.90% APY for 16 months, and 4.40% APY for 23 months. A penalty may be charged for early withdrawal. Fees may reduce earnings on the account. Minimum balance required is $500. 9 month certificate renews to 6 month standard certificate at maturity, 16 month certificate renews to 12 month standard certificate at maturity, and 23 month certificate renews to 18 month standard certificate at maturity. Rates are based on current rates at the time of renewal. Only personal share certificates are eligible for advertised rates; business share certificates also available although rates may differ.

Advertised rate includes a bonus increase of 2.50% APY when all of the following requirements are met: You must maintain a minimum daily balance of $250,000.00 in your account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Fees may reduce earnings on the account. The dividend rate and annual percentage yield may also change every dividend period based on whether or not all of the following conditions are met: a) the owner of this account who will receive the tax statement (the “Tax Reported Owner”) is the Tax Reported Owner of an Ultra Checking account or a Rewards Checking account maintained with an average monthly balance of at least $1.00; b) a combined total of at least 20 cleared signature (swipe and sign) credit transactions/non-PIN based debit card transactions on such Ultra Checking account or Rewards Checking account and cleared credit transactions on a U Boost, U First, or U Rewards credit card account for which the Tax Reported Owner is a cardholder are posted by 11:59 PM ET on the second to last calendar day of the dividend period; c) one direct deposit or electronic auto payment (ACH); d) active enrollment in eDocuments. If requirements are not met, rates are 0.00% APY on balances less than $1,000; 1.00% APY on balances of $1,000+; 1.25% APY on balances of $100,000+; and 1.50% APY on balances of $250,000+.
